It will complement by Motorsutir kochuri, Basonti pulao, Lebupatar ghee bhat. The fine dinning can finish with Orko'ss special chatni, Papad bhaja, Akher gurer narkel naru, sitabhoj, Anaraser rasmalai.

Apart from this gala buffet food lovers of Kolkata can try the festive special Multicuisine dishes. Specially innovated by the kitchen team this Festival Special A-la-cart menu will steal the show. In this menu there will be Durga puja spl cocktail: FERANGI PAANI (Amporar sarbot with bacardi), Crispy fried pomfret in green Szechwan sauce, Naan Pe Raan,
